FRIDAY UPDATE ON GANGAA EPISODE 239-240
Sagar says why Janvi would do so. Where is she? He calls out for Janvi. Maharaj ji goes to call her. AMma ji warns Ganga. I wont spare you if you are proved wrong. Madhvi too tells her to think 100 times before saying anything. Janvi is the guest of this house. Ganga replies she doesn’t have to say anything. Pundit ji will tell the truth now. Janvi and Yash enter inside the room through the window in time before Maharaj ji comes to the room. She agrees to come down.
Janvi asks the astrologer to tell everyone the truth. I am standing here before you. Say it if I am lying. Ganga too asks him to speak up. The astrologer looks at Yash and Janvi. Sagar looks at Ganga. Pundit ji says this girl (Ganga) scared and threatened me and told me to lie that Janvi got a fake kundli for herself. Everyone
looks pointedly at Ganga. Janvi and Yash smile. Ganga looks at the astrologer in disbelief. He repeats his lie. She says I am saying the truth. Why are you doing so? Has this girl (Janvi) scared you or given you money to say this? She asks the same question to Janvi. I am sure you have done something. Janvi acts to cry. I haven’t done anything. What enmity you have with me? why will I make a fake kundli? Ganga says this is what I want to know. Madhvi raises her hand on Ganga but holds it mid air. Ganga goes all quiet. Janvi recalls paying way too much money to the astrologer to lie. Money can make lies truth very easily. How will you prove your truth now? Ganga says I can still prove it that Janvi is lying. Amma ji tells her to stop it. Ganga turns to Sagar. You know me. I never lie or try to show someone down. You can call Sahil and ask him about Janvi’s birth time. She has written wrong timing in the kundli. Janvi gets tensed. Madhvi says why to drag Sahil in between this matter. Why would Janvi do so? I cannot understand why you want to prove Janvi wrong! Sagar says I am really not interested in this kundli thing, but I will check with Sahil if Ganga is saying so.
Prabha notices Yash and Janvi exchanging stares. Will my innocent kid fall for her?
Ganga tells Janvi the truth cannot hide. Sagar lets everyone hear Janvi’s birth time on speaker. Ganga says I told you. Janvi has mentioned wrong time in kundli. There is a difference of full 5 and half hours. Yash thinks to change side so he wont get in trouble because of Janvi. Prabha remarks that Janvi lied to all of them. Madhvi turns to Janvi. You were born in London, right? Janvi nods. Madhvi points out that that is the time difference between India and London. Janvi got India’s time written in her kundli. You made such a big issue of such a small thing. janvi pretends to cry again. Ganga once again says Janvi and pundit ji are lying. They are in this together. She tells Sagar that Janvi has done it intentionally. Madhvi tells her to be quiet. You have created enough drama already. Amma ji too scolds her. Madhvi comforts Janvi as she cries. I really don’t know what problem Ganga has with me. She lied and insulted me. madhvi tells her not to worry. Everything is clear now. Ganga yet again tells Sagar Janvi is lying. You know me. I never lie. Madhvi looks angrily at her.
Janvi paces in her room. I was almost caught because of that Ganga today but thankfully, aunty saved me. Madhvi comes there. She asks Janvi if she knows why she supported her in front of everyone. I felt you were saying the truth. Tell me, am I wrong? Janvi denies. I said the truth and you too supported the truth only. Madhvi hugs her with relief. I too was wondering how you would try to hurt Sagar by lying. Janvi says Ganga did wrong. Madhvi points out that ganga’s act proves she is jealous of your friendship with Sagar. I cannot believe it that she fell so low in her one sided love for Sagar. Janvi sheds crocodile tears again. Madhvi assures her she will handle Ganga. She has crossed all limits of madness. I will take care of her. Madhvi leaves. Janvi is relieved. I mentioned wrong year instead of time in my fake kundli, or aunty would have been scolding me today. Ganga, your game is over. Janvi asks Sagar if he thinks she will do something to make him feel that ways. Have I ever forced you to marry me? Why will I lie to be in aunty and Amma ji’s good books? Ganga tells Sagar she does not have enough proofs to validate what she is saying. But the one, who is honest, does not need to explain things. You can think whatever you want. Just tell me, you do trust me, right? Sagar looks at both Ganga and Janvi one by one. He nods at Ganga. I do trust you. I don’t trust myself as much as I trust you. Ganga looks at Janvi. Sagar tells Janvi he knows Ganga can never lie. I have seen her many times. She hasn’t told a lie till date. It is not possible that she will lie to hurt anyone. But I am sure you are mistaken in this matter. I know Janvi since years. We have studied together. She is a very nice girl. She cannot do anything like that. Janvi does not believe in kundli like me. Why would she do it then? Janvi smiles. Sagar calls it Ganga’s misunderstanding. Janvi thanks Sagar with a hug. Ganga looks at them. Sagar tells the girls to sort out the matter amongst themselves. I don’t think it is right for me to say something in between. He leaves.
Ganga begins to go but Janvi repeats Sagar’s words. Ganga retorts that she does not like to even talk to liars like her. You fell so low jsut to gain Sagar. You have to lie for the same. what is making you insecure? Sagar is with you only. Maybe you can see what Sagar himself cannot see. Sagar is not yours even when he is not with me. Sagar is mine even though he is with you!
Epi begins with Ganga saying maybe you can see what Sagar himself cannot see. Sagar is not yours even when he is not with me. Sagar is mine even though he is with you! This insecurity is making you do it. Janvi tells her to stop it. Ganga points out that her reaction proves her right. Janvi challenges Ganga. I will end your image and your place in this house! Ganga tells her to do what she wants. But next time, don’t make such a weak move. It wont work. This house is mine. We have all nurtured it and relations with love. It is impossible for you to break it!
In her room, Janvi thinks of Ganga’s challenging words. Sagar asks for her laptop and data cable. He notices her sad face and sits down beside her. Are you upset by what Ganga said? She says I don’t really care what she thinks
about me. what matters to me is what you think about me. Do you trust me? Sagar tells her not to compare herself with Ganga. Your and Ganga’s place is different. You and I are friends since some years but Ganga is my friend since childhood. Even I don’t understand myself better than her. You don’t know her well enough. Once you win her heart, she will do anything and everything in her will for you! When one makes a place for himself in her heart once, becomes her for forever. Ganga has overheard what all he said about her. She thinks she thought of him to be hers only but he did not agree. Janvi thinks Ganga has accepted him as her own but I am not ready to let her have you. Sagar tells Janvi not to think too much. He is heading out when he collides with Ganga. they hurt their heads when they bend down to pick up the fallen clothes. Janvi recalls that Sagar did not take data cable. She takes it to give it to him. Outside, Sagar stops Ganga from going. They share an eye lock. Janvi looks at them. Sagar lightly hits his head against Ganga’s head once again. You only said that one time hit is bad luck. They both go separate ways. Janvi closes the door of her room miffed. She angrily starts throwing stuff in her room. I don’t have time. I have to do it all now. I will have to get Ganga out of my way so she cannot come between me and Sagar ever! I will have to do it asap.
Madhvi gives milk to Supriya as per the ritual. You both are going to start a new life together. Supriya thinks of Pulkit’s words. Madhvi tells her not to hesitate in sharing anything with her. Supriya nods. Madhvi goes from there. Supriya thinks of Pulkit’s far off reactions. Pulkit picks up his pillows to sleep on the sofa. She says I understand we both will take time to accept this new relation. She tries to know the reason behind his behaviour. He says I am feeling suffocated since I got into this relation.
Ganga is studying in a room. She thinks of the childhood days. the lamp flickers. She checks the light in the house. Its all good. She thinks her life has also become dark like this without Sagar. She sits down in another place to study. I am running for light in different directions. Sagar says you don’t need it. He replaces the lamp with an electric lamp. Sit here and study or you will catch cold. She says I am fine here. He scolds her to go inside. She asks him who he is to scold her. He tells her to not say like this. I tell the world proudly about my best friend Ganga yet you say this. She goes inside finally. Sagar sits down next to her. Should I help you in studies? She denies. He takes the book from her. I only used to teach you in childhood. She gets angry. I very well know what happened in childhood. You only remember things as per your convenience. Don’t try to remind me. I have to do everything in life on my own. I don’t need your help or pity. He shares that he will leave next week. Will you behave with me like this only till then? She is in tears but composes herself. You are going to build your life. I will also do something with mine. He sadly leaves from there.
Pulkit tells everything about his past to Supriya. She is sad to realise he pitied her for her family background. You have actually punished me. You should have told clearly that you are doing this marriage to keep our problems at bay. I would have made a decision then. Marriage is no compromise. Two people come together in marriage. I did not expect it from you. She cries. Ganga’s words echo in Pulkit’s ears.
Ganga is tensed thinking how she scolded Sagar just now.
Madhvi observes Sagar lost and sad. What happened? Will you not tell me? You will leave next week. Don’t hurt me like this and go. He shares that he dint come to hurt anyone. Ganga is also upset with me. She is my childhood friend. I cannot see her upset. How do I make her understand that I worry for her. I only want to see her happy but!
Ganga feels bad for speaking like that to Sagar. He only came to help me.
Madhvi tells Sagar Ganga must have gotten upset as you spoke to Sahil about her marriage. She will understand you as she is your very good friend. Sagar nods hopefully. I am not upset with you. I cannot be. She nods. He bids goodnight to her. Madhvi thinks I understand your pain but whatever is happening is good for all of us. Maybe this only will bring the necessary distances between them. Sorry son, I cannot do anything to ease your pain. This pain only can shape your life.
Ganga feels helpless. I fail to stop myself from scolding you as my own, whereas the truth is; you have snatched that right from me! Anyways, I should apologize to him for my outburst.
