FRIDAY UPDATE ON WHO KILLED LIBIA (THE REVENGE)
EPISODE 2
Libia finds out that Bernardo died and so she goes to his funeral and finds out he was a married man. Looking so betrayed and desolated, she leaves after she was kicked out by Gabriela thinking the girl is just crazy as she can’t imagine her husband Bernardo cheating on her with such a minor.
Fernando follows her up to the lagoon and tries to strangle her and as Libia tries to run away, Fernando hits her on the head and she dies. Meanwhile, her brothers were still in search of her and John felt the pain in his chest and sensed that something bad is happening but he can’t figure out the specific thing.
Gabriela calls her daughter inside and asks them to stop shedding tears for their father because nothing will bring him back and also for his infidelity against her, she will also stop mourning him but her children refuses to allow her to incite them into doing that but promises her that they will forever mourn their dad.
Libia’s image and pregnancy begins to haunt Gabriela and she becomes very depressed.
The next day, a police officer goes to the Reyes brothers’ house and informs them that their Libia is dead, that they found her body in the lagoon. John, Oscar and Franco then weep miserably when they see their sister’s corpse in the lagoon and wears they will revenge on whoever caused their sister’s death.
Don Augustin asks Gabriela why she is not wearing mourning dress again; she answers rudely that she needn’t explain to him.
Don Augustin tells Sofia that he is sure that the young girl (Libia) who went to Bernardo’s funeral was telling the truth about her relationship with their father because she acted and sounded so much sincere and Sofia tells him that she also thinks the same as he does.
John feels terribly sorrowful and locks himself up in a room with labia’s corpse thinking she is only asleep and refuses to give her up for burial but Franco and Oscar manage to go inside the room and take out labia’s corpse s they can prepare her for burial.
Hotencia discloses to Oscar and Franco that Bernardo is also dead and dawns on them shockingly.
As per Gabriela’s orders, Fernando brings in two retired home nurses to get don Augustin to a retirement house, but he resists and his grandchildren protests against that and they succeed.
On the grave of their sister Libia, the blood covenant that to take revenge on the one who took the life of their sister.
