TUESDAY UPDATE ON THE PROMISE
Pushkar tries to console Bani by asking her to face the situation boldly. Karuna is sorrowful that her mother has still not forgiven her. Tarun informs Jigyasa and the others about Jai's decision to transfer his property in Bani's name. Jigyasa goes berserk on hearing the news.
Karuna meets Pia and shows her the bottle of drugs with which she had spiked Jai's drink at the Dubai party. Pia is shocked. The doctor who comes to examine Bani, says that if Bani does not react within 24 hours, her life will be in danger. Pia gives Jai a deadline to decide their child's future. Jai is shocked when he gets a call from a doctor.
Jai forcefully walks into Walia mansion. Maasi is furious and asks him to go away. Jai tells Maasi that he has come to meet Bani. He barges into Bani's room and accuses her of ruining his life. He proposes to Pia in front of everyone and she gives her consent.
Bani goes to her parent's photo and her clothes catch fire. Everyone rushes out except Bani. Pia drags Jai out of the house but he goes back to save Bani. Pia fumes with anger when he sees Jai's concern for Bani. She curses him and leaves.
Karuna walks upto a sobbing Jai and asks him the reason for his behaviour. He says that he wants to make Bani cry in order to bring her out of the shock. Tarun tells the family that Bani has to sign a deal which Jai had finalized. Masi assures to send her.
When Bani attends office to sign some contract papers, Jai intervenes and insults her, saying that she isn't competent enough to handle the project. Tarun is angered and he yells at Jai. Rano offers to go to Dubai with Bani. Sahil is annoyed with her decision. Pia thanks Karuna for not revealing the Dubai secret to Jai, but Karuna reprimands Pia for hurting her own sister and her husband.
