Laxmibai delivers a baby boy.
With Gangadhar Rao all set to immolate himself, Nelson believes his plans to annex Jhansi are about to succeed.
On learning about Gangadhar Rao's decision, Laxmibai decides to rush to Jhansi and stop the King. She ties the infant around her back and gallops towards Jhansi to stop Gangadhar Rao before it is too late.
Gangadhar Rao changes his plan to end his life when he sees Laxmibai alive. Laxmibai shows Gangadhar Rao their son, the heir to Jhansi. Gangadhar Rao jumps off the funeral pyre. The King of Jhansi is on seventh heaven to see the infant prince.
Unaware of the developments, Nelson leads his army to takeover the palace of Jhansi. However, he is stopped in his tracks when he sees Gangadhar Rao alive. Tatya Tope mocks Nelson and forces him to salute Gangadhar Rao.
Nelson receives further shock when Laxmibai appears in front of him and shows him the infant prince. Nelson and his army commanders are forced to salute the future king of Jhansi. Alex smacks Nelson on his elbow and the annexation document of Jhansi falls from his hands.
Laxmibai sees the documents and tears it off. The subjects of Jhansi praise Laxmibai.

East India Company and its Governor General Lord Dalhousie are shaken on learning about the heir to the Jhansi throne. Dalhousie gets annoyed at seeing Jhansi slipping from his hands and rushes to Jhansi. Dalhousie tries to dismiss Nelson from the army but Nelson guarantees to assassinate Gangadhar and Laxmibai's child. Gangadhar Rao honors Dai Ma in the royal court for saving Laxmibai and the prince.
Janki Bai escapes from Nelson's prison and rushes to the court. Janki reveals her role in the conspiracies against the King and the Queen and pleads forgiveness from Gangadhar Rao. Gangadhar Rao decides to punish Janki but is stopped by Laxmibai.
The naming ceremony of the infant is held.
A woman pours a glass of poisoned milk to a poor woman to feed her baby. The baby dies on consuming the milk. It is later revealed that the lady who offered the glass of poisoned milk is none other than Lachcho Bai .
