WEDNESDAY UPDATE ON HOTEL KING EPISODE 17
After the jaw dropping confession Loman says he didn’t hide the relation on purpose. -Yeah right-. He goes on as he was in New York and his mom here in Ciel he wanted to know what was more important than her son, and met the late chairman and it all made sense. Mi Nyeo asks Jae Wan if he is on chairwoman’s side and can she trust him. Mo Ne speaks on Jae Wan’s behalf. So Mi Nyeo takes everyone to a bank to show them something and for some reason Loman is not present there.- Maybe he went to park the car.- Mi Nyeo shows the 11 diaries of the late chairman and a flashback for Jae Wan. Joong Goo asked him to find the 12 diaries. It has everything related to Ciel in it. Mo Ne is about to take but Mi Nyeo stops him. She will give it to her once she becomes the official chairwoman. And now Mo Ne went somewhere. Jae Wan asks mi Nyeo when did the late chairman give her the dairies. She says if he doesn’t trust her then he should keep an eye on her. He asks about the 12th diary but Mi Nyeo says this is what she got.
Jae Wan goes to meet Joong Goo because he called. He asks about his daughter and goes on about how much pain he is in and then suddenly changes his tone and disses his supporters for not helping him and asks Jae Wan to get him out. And finally touches the main subject again saying Seung Won is his father. Jae Wan has had enough so he pulls out the paternity test but Joong Goo tears it without looking at it. Jae Wan says didn’t he said the late chairman took the lady he loved and raped her and didn’t acknowledge the child and drove her mother to death. He asks if the real guy in the story was him. Joong Goo goes crazy again saying, she said the child was not his. Even though he loved her that bitch. -Hmm you don’t go cursing someone you love.- Jae Wan says how terrible his mother would have felt looking at him. He would have reminded her about Joong Goo. Jae wan comes out of the station and covers his eyes from the blazing sun. -But it doesn’t even look that it’s a sunny day.
Joong Goo moans in pain both mentally and physically. Flashback young Joong Goo helped Seung Won with the exams and Seung won gives him snacks in return. Seung Won’s grandma comes and throws salt at Joong Goo calling him evil.-Oh granny was a smart woman.-
Joong Goo’s supporters side with Mo Ne because they don’t want to fall with him. -pathetic losers.- Spy girl says why give them a chance. Mo Ne says they can find trash like themselves and that will make Ciel a better hotel.
Mo Ne is excited when Jae Wan calls and they take a stroll while talking about how beautiful the flowers are. -How I wish-. Mo Ne is amazed that Mi Nyeo is working in the hotel when she is super rich. Jae Wan tells her to be careful. Mo Ne tells Jae Wan that she has looked and he can get a not guilty verdict. Jae Wan says noting is changed and Mo Ne says what if she forgives him and he shakes his head in no. She asks if there is any other reason or anything he isn’t telling her. Jae Wan averts his gaze and again shake his head. She tells him she is going to become proper chairwoman and wants him to be there for her.
Mi Nyeo is giving instructions to someone and we know that a celebrity singer Yoo Jin Min has canceled his concert that was to take place in Ciel, and the tickets have been canceled too, thanks to Joong Goo getting arrested. Jae Wan as usual is controlling the damage. Flirty guy suggests taking help from Chae Kyung and Mo Ne says she will do it. Chae Kyung doesn’t give any attention to Mo Ne when she enters. Mo Ne asks if she knows why she came. Chae Kyung says yes, why would Mo Ne come to a person she hates if not for asking for a favor. Chae Kyung would help but one on condition she would have Jae Wan. -Oh great not again.-
Joong Goo’s minion gives a note to Mo Ne in which Joong Goo asks her to meet him as he has much to tell her. Mo Ne gets angry and decides she won’t go. Chae Kyung gives the info about Yoo Jin’s whereabouts. Mi Nyeo is again ahead and helps Mo Ne. Yoo Jin is golfing but his mood gets sour when his lucky ball isn’t lucky and goes to a poodle of water. Mi Nyeo takes it out for him. He is so grumpy that he is wearing sunglasses indoors and not when he was outside. He notices Mi Nyeo and Mo Ne. Mo Ne introduces herself and Yoo Jin is rude to her but no fret as Mi Nyeo is there and he decides to do the concert. Jae Wan meets Mo Ne and she is so excited that Mi Nyeo solved everything. Jae Wan asks Mi Nyeo that there is no way Chae Kyung would have told her too. What is she actually thinking. Mi Nyeo has just one thing to say, she only wants to help Mo Ne.
Mo Ne gets a call from Joong Goo who says he is going to talk to the detective. She tells spy girl to push back the meeting. She bumps into Jae Wan and tells him to proceed with the meeting. -Girl you make your mind.- Joong Goo is happy to see her. She tells him not to touch Jae Wan, she will deal with him herself. Joong Goo loses his head and says Jae Wan shouldn’t have sent his own father in jail. Mo Ne doesn’t believe him so Joong Goo shows her the paternity test. -which is now fixed- Mo Ne can’t believe it and then I can’t believe it that Mo Ne actually sides with Jae Wan saying how terrible he would have felt to know he is his son. Joong Goo to prove her wrong shows the usb that Jae Wan found in the boat and gave to him. Mo Ne tries to snatch from him but fails. Joong Goo tells her father knew everything about them. -So he had the usb when he was arrested and normally wouldn’t all your belongings are taken when you are sent to jail? -He asks her to bail him out in 24 hours or Jae Wan will be in too. Mo Ne thinks it’s for the better. She then goes all the way to the light house to cry and says Jae Wan betrayed her and never loved her. She says she won’t forgive him and if she did she is not her fathers daughter. She comes back and again acts cold towards Jae Wan and he knows something has gone wrong.
Concert preparations- A worker finds a listening device and tells Jae Wan about it. Jae Wan checks his room and yup finds one there as well. Loman is playing piano for his mommy and she is so happy. She tells him its time to grow up and stop being mamas boy. Jae Wan goes to meet Mi Nyeo but Loman is there. He says mommy is not in. Jae Wan asks about the investment and if he is going to stay longer. Loman says he likes it here so yes he will stay. Jae Wan tells him the late chairman never talked about him and he couldn’t lie. Loman says saying nothing and lying are two different things and contrary to Jae Wan’s believe may be the late chairman didn’t trust him. Jae Wan asks if they are on the same team and Loman says, Jae Wan needs to check his stare first.
Jae Wan calls someone and tells that he is going to kill Loman. And that someone is Chae Kyung? Jae Wan is holding the listening device, he knows Mi Nyeo is listening so he says lets meet. Mi Nyeo is not happy. -He knows, she knows. She knows, he knows but Mo Ne knows nothing-. Finally Mo Ne knows that Woo Hyun is farm chairman’s son. She was already angry and now she wont even listen what he has to say. She says that she hate liars.
Chae Kyung closes her restaurant for the two. Jae Wan says a rumor is going about a ghost who knows everything what goes on in the hotel and uses it against people. What should he do with her? Mi Nyeo says Jae Wan should have waited some more before catching them. Jae wan says he will catch her. Chae Kyung asks if Mi Nyeo is one of the enemies and wonders if Mo Ne knows that Jae Wan is helping her. -You and me both sister. Did I just call her sister?- Spy girl told Jae Wan that Mo Ne did get a call from Joong Goo. Jae Wan is crushed, he didn’t want his secret out not even after his death.
Woo Hyun waits for Mo Ne outside her house. And she keeps ignoring him. He finally says he was ashamed of his father. Not every father is nice as the late chairman. This changes her mood she kicks him in the shin. He has been forgiven.
Jae wan Mo Ne her passing by his house. He gets a call he stares at the name and picks to check if it’s the same person and yes its Joong Goo. He says Mo Ne released him. Loman is driving for Joong Goo. He tells him to go someplace with him. First I thought it was a grave but its just a hill where Mi Nyeo is waiting and its raining. -It was not raining when Joong Goo was talking to Jae Wan.- Joong Goo’s jaw also drops when he knows they are mother and son. He kneels and asks for Mi Nyeo’s help.
Jae Wan fuming with anger finds Mo Ne with the new staff and yells at her. Mo Ne decides to change place and they go to a beach. Why, there houses were much near or the garden or any room. Anyways Jae wan yells at her why did she do it does she not know what kind of person Joong Goo is. Mo Ne makes him speechless by saying but he is his father. She says he did all those things and took the beating but couldn’t get away from him is all because he was his father. Jae Wan shakes his head and says no. She asks him why did he do it. Why did he made her fall in love with him. Jae Wan stays silent but he thinks what should he say that he loved her when he thought she was his sister. Mo Ne says from now on if he is angry or hurt he has to say and prays they don’t cross the path again as she fires him
