SATURDAY UPDATE ON AMAYA EPISODE 159
After Constanza learned that Max has plead guilty, she goes straight to confront Amaya and tells her she hates her very much for being the cause of Max’s situation and she slaps her and says she only came into their lives to ruin them that is why she is asking her to leave them alone but Amaya says she only tried giving her lands away to see Max out of jail but Constanza don’t believe her because Amaya can never and will never be able to have Max whether in prison or not since she will be by his side forever.
Max’s Lawyer informs Max his father’s WILL is going to be opened.
Constanza calls her dad to complain the situation to him and Manuel asks Constanza to at least be a bit considerate and know that Amaya rather wanted the best for Max to get out of prison rather not to have him there but Constanza should think positive and not use that hate she has for Amaya to blind her to see the good effort Amaya tried to do. This pisses Constanza off thinking her dad is now backing Amaya when he has to back her instead.
Juliana meets Nhyira and Tania and upon seeing Lucio and his retired state and finding out again that Max is in jail, she confronts Jorge because of that and thinks Nhyira can’t live with such people with all of this problem but Jorge refuses to allow her talk bad about the family he loves and warns her to go far away because now he is the one who doesn’t want her near his daughter.
Manuel confronts Nana Yaw for stealing a check from him and he tries denying it and Manuel warns him that if he finds out that he cashed the check, he will deal mercilessly with him but Nana yaw still acts so insolent and walk out on his parent.
Flavia tells Juliana and Eloisa that she accepted to be Heriberto’s girlfriend and they look so very much happy for her.
The day arrives when the whole family meet at the prison visitor’s hall to read the WILL of their head and the WILL says that 50% of his assets are for Lucrecia, and the other 50% for his children and the remaining 50% goes will be divided among his children. Then, Lucrecia stipulates before the notary public that Cesar will handle her shares and also that of Lucio’s giving him total control of the company.
Immediately, Marco Antonio shows up in jail and the shock becomes serious on everyone’s face because Eloisa quickly states that the man looks exactly like Mauro and all testify and he reveals to them that, he is actually Marco Antonio but that isn’t supposed to be his last name because his last name should be Marco Montesano since he is Mauro’s and Florencia’s son and he is there to claim his rights and impugn his father’s WILL.
Lucrecia and Cesar confront Marco Antonio stating that he is an imposter because that son died immediately after birth but he gives them a proof of his DNA Test and his father accepting him as his first born child before his disappearance and Cesar in great anger tears it but Marco pulls out another one and Max reads it to the family’s hearing but Cesar still doubts it and Marco is willing to undergo a DNA Test with him or any of the members of the family but he warns him that can’t stop him from still asking for his share of the inheritance which he will have a say being the first born but Cesar isn’t willing to take the test with him but the others are willing because they trust him and believes that he is their brother. Lucrecia and Cesar left since the Share of the inheritance has to be withdrawn and Lucrecia begins to have a nervous breakdown and Cesar takes her to the hospital.
Ulises and his men approach Vale’s school so they can kidnap Valeria with help of Yaayaa and whiles Yaayaa hires a car to assist with that, the Police officers follow her unaware and Ivan is with them to support them with any information.
Juliana reveals to Amaya that Marco Antonio is his brother and seriously she looks so happy meeting him and Juliana calls their dad to update him on everything and he becomes very happy. She and Marco again plan to execute their second plan again and so he calls Cesar to let him know that Amaya won’t be able to cede to him the Star Zone because those lands aren’t Amaya as they belong to her mum Florencia who isn’t dead but alive though his mum tried getting rid of her. Cesar goes aggressive.
Lawyer Iriarte is convinced to be able to prove Max’ innocence considering the evidence he has gathered.
The police are following Yaayaa but never did they know that Ulises is already in hiding in Yaayaa’s car and whiles Amaya arrives there to pick up Valeria, she is also bump into by Ximena (Horacio’s next-door neighbor) who tells her that though her husband doesn’t want her to get involve but she can’t keep quiet also on what she saw that very day he died. Getting distracted by the conversation, one of Ulises’ men steals Amaya’s bag and another one executes his plan to kidnap Valeria and Amaya yells desperately for help.
