FRIDAY UPDATE ON AMAYA EPISODE 158
Max to be also to stop Cesar from acquiring Amaya’s lands, he admits to the director of the Penitentiary that he killed Horacio and he is told that he will have to repeat this to the judge during his trial and if he turns out that he is lying that could tantamount to 20yrs imprisonment and Max agrees.
Mr. Arriaga agrees to Cesar’s proposal by accepting to be the murderer of Horacio in return for a huge amount of money and Cesar also asks him for the number of his bank account and adds that he will transfer the money that same day. He asks Cesar to coach him on what to say during the trail and Cesar instructs him to say that, he thought the Montesinos have all along been taking advantage of him but few days ago he found out how that it wasn’t the Montesinos but rather that idiot Horacio and that is why he went to his apartment to confront him after investigating where he lived and upon reaching there, he saw, he already had a fight with someone and when he started complaining, the situation got worse and Horacio attacked him and he losing control without thinking, he stroke him on his head with a instrument he saw in the apartment and then left. He ends by warning Mister Arriaga that he cannot desist from the deal and he also say he will only go to do that confession only after Cesar deposits his money into his account.
Jorge tells Juliana about his visit to Panama and meeting his daughter who looks so charming whose name is Nhyira and Juliana asks him to count on her for support because she knows when Tania comes to see the great man and people around Jorge, she can tell she wouldn’t even try fighting over the girl’s custody and she knows Alan will also be happy having a kid sister.
Max tells his cellmate that he is only pleading guilty so to prevent his brother Cesar from taking Amaya’s lands from her and he thinks that is absurd since that will cause him to be in jail for 20yrs but Max says he will find a way to get out legally after realizing that Cesar can’t blackmail Amaya again. His friend then suggests to him that when he feels all hope is lost, he can also try following his plan by escaping prison but Max gave no heed to that.
Max’s lawyer calls Juliana to let her know that know Max has been released from the punishment cell, he has plead guilty but as to the reason he doesn’t know and this makes Juliana and Jorge go desperate and she calls Amaya to let her know and seriously she also becomes very disturbed and feel they have to go speak with Max in prison but Amaya knows he only did that to prevent Cesar from getting the lands.
The secretary tells Cesar that his Lawyer says his father Mauro’s WILL will be opened on the following day at the penitentiary so that Max can be present.
Heriberto proposes to Flavia and she accepts in great happiness.
Max’s Lawyer goes ballistic about his plea of guilty but Max thinks that is the only way out to free Amaya from that blackmail and the Lawyer says there is a way to again plead not guilty by stating that, he only felt under pressure by the threats made by Cesar to Amaya and Max says no he can’t say that but they should try looking for the real murderer whiles he’s in jail.
When Cesar hears that Max plead guilty he becomes furious and he wants to force Amaya to cede her land to him although he didn’t take his brother out of jail. He also speaks with Mister Arriaga to tell him that the deal is off, but he has already used the money and reminds Cesar that he himself told him that he could not renounce.
Juliana assures Amaya that she will not have to do what Cesar demands, before that she had already advised Marco Antonio there has been a change of plans and asks him to fly to Mexico City right away to stop Cesar from getting the land.
Manuel discovers that there’s a check missing and starts investigating and he discovers that it was Nana Yaw who took it and he informs Genoveva that their son is robbing them.
Flavia and Marco Antonio bump into each other at the airport and they decide to have a chat to know each other more.
After Constanza learned that Max has plead guilty, she goes straight to confront Amaya and tells her she hates her very much for being the cause of Max’s situation and she slaps her.
