FRIDAY UPDATE ON MY LOST HOME
Everyone walks out of the court room and Shabd stops Angad. He thanks Angad for helping him prove his innocence. Durga blesses him. Everyone thanks him for the favour. Angad tells them that they have to thank Mahi and not him. Mahi says that Shabd is free today only because of Angad. She tells him that she didn't believe him but she thank him. Angad says that he used his intelligence and recorded everything and could possibly help his friend. Shabd thanks Jeet too. Jeet praises Mahi. Soni tells Mahi to spend every moment with Shabd. Mahi scold Soni for coming there in spite of being sick.
Shabd comes home. Mahi does his arti and welcomes him home. At the Khurana's, Jeet and Soni were having dinner and the lights go out. Jeet lights the candles and they have a candlelight dinner. ("Hum dil dechuke sanam song plays in the back ground) there is a flash back of all the times when Jeet rescued Soni. Shabd and Mahi comes to their room and Shabd is remembering all the past events he went through. They share a cute moment together. They remember their past happy moments. Shabd is changing his shirt and Mahi sees the wounds that he got when he was in jail.
Jeet applies the ointment on Soni's hand and tells her that he doesnt want to talk to her about the matter. Soni tells him that he should know why she did what she did. Jeet reassures her that nothing bad will happen to him if she's with him and that only good can come out of their relationship. He tells her that they were joint together and now nobody could seperate them. Durga, Soni and a group of ladies are eating, preparing for karva chauth when Soni spots Jeet staring at her. Jeet comes and helps serve everyone and quietly teases Soni by filling her plate with excess food (Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan - HDDCS plays in the back).
Mahi is thinking about Shabd when her mother comes and tells her that he would have been her if he could. Mahi tells her that she knows but is still worried about him. Soni and Mahi are getting dressed for the ceremonies. Mahi remembers her mother's words about Shabd being here before the moon comes out and smiles. Soni is putting on her dupatta and sees Jeet's reflection in the mirror. She hesitantly drops her dupatta and Jeet slowly picks it up, both in a trance. Suddenly she hears Durga's voice and tells Jeet that she will fix the dupatta herself but realizes that nobody is there and that it was all her imagination.
Karva chauth celebrations are in full swing as Mahi and the family reach Soni's house. Mahi wonders why Shabd hasn't phoned yet. Durga spots the moon and they start the ceremonies. Mahi stands uncomfortably and her mother comes and tells her that she could break her fast looking at the moon. Mahi reluctantly takes the thali and goes to take part in the breaking of the fast. Jeet comes in front of Soni as she remembers what he told her about them not seperating ever. They silently converse as Jeet tells Soni to truth him.
The karva chauth rituals begin and Mahi misses Shabd's presence. The men make the ladies drink water to break their fast and Mahi stares upwards, deep in thought. Jeet grabs Soni's hand and slowly takes the thali from her, not leaving her gaze. He lets go and turns around while Soni walks away. She looks back at his turned back as he goes from there. Jaan Meri Jaa Rahi Sanam plays in the back as Soni, Mahi and Jeet are shown deep in thought. Mahi sadly remembers the good times she and Shabd had shared. Jeet tries to confront Soni but she walks away smiling. Jeet again grabs her hand but takes it away hesitantly, but is reassured when Soni takes hold of his hand and smiles. Soni tells Mahi that Shabd will probably come the next day and insists that she eat. Tayi and Tayaji feed Mahi and Jeet tells Soni he will go get something for her to eat. Suddenly a pole falls and Jeet falls down. Soni and Khurana ask if he is ok and Jeet tells them that he is but Durga is disturbed by the whole ordeal.
Mr Khurana and Jeet try to convince Durga that it is not Soni's fault but Duga pays no heed, accusing Soni's kismat of taking away her family and Veer. Jeet tells his mother to change her way of thinking or else nobody in this house will be able to live in peace. He tells her that he doesnt want to hear anything against Soni as he knows she has no hand in what has been happening to him and leaves from there with Soni. Durga is upset that Jeet had spoken to her in this tone but blames Soni. A room with Soni's name written all over the walls is shown. Pictures of Soni are stuck on the walls with scratches and crosses all over them. A lady in a shawl walks in and stares at one of the photos. She throws away her shawl and Cherry is revealed. Cherry says that Soni has been a problem for her and she has been trying to get rid of her for so long but now she will succeed. She reveals that everything that has been happening with Jeet is not because of Soni but in fact, is all part of a game she is playing. She tells Jeet's picture that he was hers and always will be hers.
